1. Who We Are and What We Sell

Soccer-Analysis.com publishes football betting information. We sell daily slips: short lists of selections with odds, delivered by email after payment. We are an information service only. We do not accept bets, hold your money for betting or operate a bookmaker.

2. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. Betting is not legal everywhere. You are responsible for checking and following the laws of your country before you buy or place any bet.

3. Plans and Access

• Each plan gives access to one day of picks for the plan you paid for. Nothing renews automatically.
• The odds, prices and number of selections shown on the site are targets for a plan. The odds of an actual slip may differ slightly depending on the market.
• Slips are for your own personal use. You may not resell, republish or share them publicly.

4. Payment and Delivery

We accept PayPal, cards through PayPal, and crypto (Bitcoin and USDC on the Base network). Prices are shown in euro. For crypto, the amount is the euro price converted at the current rate, and network fees are paid by the sender. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so check the address carefully. After payment is confirmed, the slip is sent to the email address you used. If you paid by crypto, send us the transaction hash and the plan name through the contact page.

5. No Guarantee of Profit

Betting always carries risk and you can lose money. We do not promise or imply any profit, and past results do not predict future ones. Our slips follow fixed selection rules and our results are published, so you can judge the record yourself. You decide whether and how much to bet, and you do so at your own risk.

6. Results Archive

Settled slips are published in the results archive, wins and losses alike. Selections are settled against official final scores over 90 minutes, unless a market states otherwise. If a match is postponed or abandoned, the leg is shown as void.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to copy the site’s content in bulk, to attempt to break or overload it, to use it for unlawful purposes, or to claim our picks as your own.

9. Intellectual Property

The text, design, slips and data on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss you suffer from bets placed using our information, for errors in third-party odds or results data, or for interruptions of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
